2、 Detailed explanation of production process flow
The entire production line follows the scientific path of "pretreatment →
fermentation and maturation → deep processing → finished product", with each
link closely connected.
Raw material pretreatment and ingredients: Mix the main materials (such as
fresh manure and straw) with auxiliary materials (such as mushroom residue and
peat) according to a carbon nitrogen ratio (25:1 to 30:1), and adjust the
initial moisture content to 55% -65% to create the best conditions for
fermentation.
Aerobic fermentation and maturation (core process): The mixed materials are
sent into the fermentation tank. During the regular flipping process of the
stacker, the material undergoes heating (>55 ℃), high temperature (maintained
for 5-7 days to kill pathogens), cooling, and maturation processes within 7-15
days, ultimately transforming into stable, odorless humus.
Crushing and screening: The decomposed material is crushed to the required
particle size by a chain crusher, and then classified by a drum screening
machine. Qualified fine powder enters the next process, while coarse material is
returned for re crushing to ensure uniform product fineness (usually requiring
passing through a 20-60 mesh sieve).
Finished product packaging and storage: After screening, the powdered
organic fertilizer is accurately measured by an automatic quantitative packaging
machine (usually 20kg/bag or 40kg/bag), sewn and sent to the finished product
warehouse for storage.
