Taking pig farms as an example, once a pig farm is built, the cement
slatted flooring used is basically non-replaceable. The use of American-style
slatted flooring is quite evident, so it is important to choose better quality
cement slatted flooring when building the farm. Under the same quality
requirements, priority should be given to selecting cement slatted flooring with
a better production process:
For the construction of pig farms with fewer than 500 foundation sows, it
is recommended to use European-style slatted flooring to prevent feces
leakage;
2. For large-scale intensive pig farms, it is recommended to choose
American-style slatted flooring.
When using cement slatted flooring, appropriate protective measures should
be taken:
1. A rubber mat can be laid under the feed trough to prevent the feed
scattered on the leaking board from spoiling and causing damage to the
concrete;
2. The feed trough and waterer should be kept at a distance, or a dry and
wet automatic feed trough can be chosen;
3. When cleaning the rotating column, the pressure of the high-pressure
water gun should not exceed 4 kg.
