Smart Manufacturing Empowers Green Farming: Custom Precast Component Production Line Delivered to Listed Company in Guangzhou

    Recently, the custom-designed precast component production line for a listed company in Guangzhou completed installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing, and has been shipped to the customer's facility.

    This production line is an automated reusable concrete slatted floor production line that integrates magnetic sheet processing capabilities. It supports multi-function operation and flexible switching to meet the customer's diverse material requirements for modern livestock facility construction.

    During the factory trial run, after multiple batches of continuous material testing, all design parameters of the equipment met the established standards. The formed panels displayed smooth surfaces and defined edges, with internal density and compressive strength data meeting requirements. The magnetic sheet magnetic circuit layout and adhesion force indicators remained stable, with the yield rate at a reasonable industry level. The customer's acceptance team expressed overall satisfaction with the equipment's performance.

    Our team will subsequently dispatch installation and commissioning engineers to the customer site to provide full-process services, from foundation construction guidance to equipment installation and production ramp-up, ensuring the production line becomes operational as soon as possible.
